Design

Your vision, personal styles & unique love story are all at the forefront of our planning & design process. We begin our design process with an initial questionnaire & “get to know you” meeting or coffee date which will help us narrow down exact details you are loving and includes pulling together inspiration you’ve gathered. From here, we curate & develop a design plan that is completely tailored to you and your wedding day vision!

Planning

Once the design plan is established, we do all the heavy lifting & logistics planning from here! We will help curate the best vendor team, develop an event budget, and create timelines and your personalized event layouts + so much more! We will be your trusted guide & wedding BFF from engagement to send off on the wedding day!

Execution

After all the planning, we are there for your full wedding weekend to execute flawlessly & to finally make your vision a reality on the wedding day! We communicate with your vendors, oversee the implementation of your design, and provide seamless day-of coordination. Our goal is to ensure you get to sit back, relax and be fully present with all your loved ones to celebrate your marriage & most special day!

Our design process will touch on all the senses from Sight, Touch, Smell, Taste & Sound in order to execute a flawless, unforgettable guest experience.

EVENT ELEMENTS WE FOCUS ON:

SIGHT: Sight is all the design elements, the lighting & ambiance of the event space that the guests will see when they walk into the event spaces! Anything from the color palette chosen, the florals, the custom monogram incorporated on the dance floor, and signage, etc. Our goal is to create an event space & atmosphere that takes you & your guests breath away upon entering each event space!

TOUCH: Touch is what the guests will feel throughout the event from textured linens, to the china they use to eat dinner & the touch of ceremony programs, cocktail napkins, and party favors throughout the reception!

SMELL: Smell can be anything a guest experiences when walking into the event! From a signature scent, to the smell of delicious passed hors d’oeuvres guests are greeted with, to even the smell of freshly popped champagne that immediately symbolizes celebration!

SOUND: Sound can be crucial to a guests experience– think string quartets for cocktail hour while guests socialize, and either a band or DJ playing all your favorites to get the party started & dance the night away to! And nothing beats the sound of all your loved ones & friends mingling in the same room! Moments like these are what you & your guests will remember forever!

TASTE: Taste can be anything from the delicious bites at cocktail hour, to the signature cocktails theat are unique to the bride & groom, to your dinner & wedding cake! The taste a guest experiences is an element they’ll remember for days after your event.
